1 Returns of fresh flowers and Plants

1.1 If you are not entirely satisfied with your freash flower arrangement or plant please call us on 01625 440511 within 3 days of receiving your flowers. Where our staff will be able to offer a direct replacement or a similar product up to the value of the original item.
1.2 We reserve the right to substitute the original flowers with stems of the same value and not of the same colour.
1.3 You will be required to return, at your own expense to Floresta (address can be found on our contact page), the fresh flower arrangement or plant
